TWM participates in area awards programs including the Athena Award and the YWCA Women of Achievement Award.

The Athena Award and the YWCA Women of Achievement Award are given yearly to outstanding women in the Nashville community. Nominations are submitted by professional womens groups and are in and of themselves a recognition of outstanding contributions to the community.
